For Fleets & Safety Managers

Fleet accounts for your whole roster.

Set up a fleet account, send your drivers to our Los Angeles clinic, and we'll examine them back-to-back and file every certificate with FMCSA the same day. You keep your trucks moving and your DQ files clean.

The math

A random urgent care costs you a half-day per driver. A fleet account doesn't.

Run the numbers on your last round of physicals. It's not the exam fee that hurts — it's a driver finding his own walk-in clinic, waiting behind whoever's ahead of him, and burning most of a shift on a fifteen-minute appointment. Multiply that across your roster and "whoever's open" is the expensive option. A fleet account puts your whole crew on one schedule at our clinic instead.

You do the multiplication.

The process

What a fleet account looks like.

  • You set up the account and give us your driver roster.
  • Your drivers come to our Los Angeles clinic — vision, hearing, blood pressure, urinalysis dipstick, the works, all in one visit.
  • Drivers rotate through 15–20 minutes at a time, booked back-to-back so nobody's waiting on the others.
  • Every result is transmitted to FMCSA the same day — filed before the last driver leaves the clinic.
  • You get a compliance summary: who passed, who's got a short card, who needs a follow-up.
Who we work with

If your people carry a CDL, we'll get your whole crew certified at the clinic.

  • Trucking companies and owner-operators
  • Distribution and 3PL fleets (Long Beach/LA ports, Alameda Corridor)
  • School districts and bus contractors
  • Waste and recycling fleets
  • Concrete and aggregate haulers
  • Construction and utilities
No more surprises

We track your expiration dates so you don't have to.

The worst compliance call is the one where a driver's medical card lapsed last week and you didn't catch it. Put your fleet on our schedule and we keep the calendar — we'll flag who's coming due and get them scheduled at the clinic before anybody's out of compliance.

Running 20+ drivers?

For a big roster, we'll come to you.

In-clinic is our standard. But once you're moving 20 or more drivers, we'll bring the DOT physical straight to your Los Angeles yard and certify the whole crew on-site — same federal exam, filed the same day.

For most fleets, drivers come to our Los Angeles clinic and we book your roster back-to-back — fast and cheap. If you're running 20 or more drivers, we'll bring the exam to your yard instead: see our on-site fleet days.

Same day. Each driver is examined in about 15 to 20 minutes and the certificate is filed electronically with FMCSA before the driver leaves the clinic.

We track expiration dates for the fleets on our schedule and flag who's coming due, then get your drivers scheduled at the clinic before anyone falls out of compliance.

$85 per driver, five-driver minimum. A 30-driver roster runs about $2,550 — booked back-to-back so nobody loses more than their exam slot.
